Gavilán Infame
Ingredients:
- 1/5 of Mezcal Infame
- 4/5 Grapefruit Soda
- salt and chile piquín
- ice
- juice of 2 lemons
Preparing a Gavilan Infame
Spread salt and chile piquín on a plate .
Rub the rim of the glass with lemon juice and wipe the salt and chile piquín so that is covered.
Add juice, lemon juice , grapefruit soda and Mezcal infame into the glass.
Add a little salt.
Stir and is ready to serve.
